Do check FAQ and once your account created, you can start to make use of over 500 Coway design assets and brand templates for your digital sales marketing needs

What is CANVA?Canva is an online graphic design tool. You can use it to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos and more.
Who can use Team subscriptions?
It is an invite-only access.We have sent invitation email to all Sales Managers (SM) and Senior Cody Managers (SCM) nationwide.
How much do we need to pay to use Coway “CANVA for Team”?You may access Coway “CANVA for Team” for FREE starting 1 November 2023 - 31 October 2024.Not to worry about renewal as this account is managed by Coway Malaysia.
How to login?If you already have existing account;
1. Go to canva.com
2. Sign Out
3. Follow next instructions below.If this is your first time visiting canva.com
1. Go to your email inbox
2. Click on 'You have been invited to join a team on Canva'
3. Click 'Accept Invitation'
4. Click 'Continue with email' ( remember to use the invited @coway.com.my email address only )
5. Insert your name and desired password
6. Retrieve code in your email inbox
7. Insert code

What is accessible in Team subscriptions?Following Team settings, you can access Coway Brand Kit (logo, colour scheme, font, assets and templates). As of now, we have over 500 assets (images, stickers, mastheads, etc.) available in the Project library and we will continue uploading more as we go. You may also use 7 Sample Brand Templates and familiarise yourself.
Why I cannot access website's existing assets and templates?We have locked those functions so that you can familiarise yourself with Coway brand look and feel.The outcome from any designs that was created with Team subscriptions will maintain Coway brand identity as you will only be able to use Coway assets.
Don’t worry as you can still freely use the website element and be able to upload photos.
Is there any usage restriction for Team subscriptions?You may use the account for Coway sales and marketing use onlyDue to restriction on usage of Coway ambassadors, please do not use global ambassador and domestic ambassador photos in any of your marketing material.Materials with Coway ambassadors can only be produced by Coway Malaysia/Korea authorised personnel.
How do I access Brand Kit and Brand Template ?1. On the left navigation panel, click [ Brand ].
2. Click [ Brand Kit ]
3. Click [ Brand Templates ]
4. Choose any of the templates.
5. Click [ Use this template ]
How do I access Coway Assets?1. On the left navigation panel, click [ Projects ].
2. On the drop-down menu, choose [ All Projects ]
3. Click any of the folders
4. Click any of the files
5. Click [ Use in a design ]
How can I stay informed about Team news?
Head to cowaycanvas.carrd.co for useful links to our public telegram channel and whatsapp groups. We will share notice on training schedules and content uploads on real time there.
